Privacy Policy

Effective: August 2026 — Version 1.0

Becomery LLC

1. Data Controller

Becomery LLC, located in the State of Wyoming (USA), acts as the data controller for the personal data collected and processed through the Becomery platform.

2. Data We Collect

We strictly collect the following data: Email address and basic account information; Age (birth year only); Country of residence; IP Address (stored as a secure hash); Session data, generated behavioral profiling, and AI system interaction metadata.

3. Text Pseudonymization

The raw text of your daily conversations with our AIs is stored in a strictly pseudonymized manner (unlinked from your name or email, using only random session tokens) in our databases for system improvement and quality review purposes.

4. Cookies and Advertising Pixels

We use tracking technologies for marketing and conversion attribution. You may manage your preferences or opt-out of targeted tracking through your browser settings or our platform’s cookie consent banner.

5. Product Analytics

We use PostHog (hosted on the EU Cloud) for product behavioral analytics. All data sent to PostHog is strictly anonymized and does not contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

6. The Nexo Taxonomy (Profiling)

Our AI systems extract abstract categories and archetypes to personalize your journey. These anonymized taxonomies do not qualify as sensitive personal data as they describe educational methodology profiles, not health conditions.

7. Quality Review and Team Access

To ensure quality, safety, and methodological compliance, Becomery may review random samples of conversations with the AIs. This review is strictly pseudonymized: the reviewer has access to the text but does not know who the user is. We maintain the Narrative Summary in a completely anonymized manner.

8. Verbatim Pain Quote

We may store a representative phrase of the main pain point or challenge described by the user during the session, without including any identifiable information. This data is accessed by our internal team exclusively in a pseudonymized manner.

9. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on applicable GDPR and LGPD legal grounds, primarily Performance of a Contract and Legitimate Interest for quality assurance.

10. Third-Party Processors

We share strictly necessary data with essential third-party processors to operate the platform, including database, video hosting, and payment processing partners.

11. International Data Transfers

By using Becomery, your data may be transferred and processed outside your local jurisdiction. We ensure all transfers comply with international security standards.

12. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion, data portability, and object to processing.

13. How to Exercise Your Rights (DSAR)

To exercise any Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) rights or request data deletion, please complete the official form at: https://becomery.co/privacy/support

14. Data Retention

Behavioral data is kept only as long as necessary. In the event of account deletion, the final purge of conversation data occurs within 30 days. Financial records are retained for 7 years.

15. Information Security

We employ enterprise-grade security measures, including AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest and Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

16. Protection of Minors

We do not intentionally collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. Should we identify such data collection, the account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

17. Cookie Management (Cookie Banner)

For users located in the EU and Africa, a mandatory cookie consent banner is displayed upon first access to manage tracking permissions.
