Becomery LLC
1. Company Identification
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Becomery platform ("Platform"), operated by Becomery LLC, a limited liability company incorporated and registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Consent is formalized through affirmative action (click-wrap) upon registration. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
3. Age Requirement
The use of Becomery is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Description of Service
Becomery is a personal development platform based on a phased identity reengineering methodology. The service includes reflection tools, classes, and interactions guided by Artificial Intelligence systems to facilitate behavioral organization and personal clarity.
5. Important AI Disclaimer (The Nexo & The Navi)
Our artificial intelligence systems (including the personas known as "The Nexo" and "The Navi") are reflection tools. They ARE NOT therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, or professional counselors. Under no circumstances does Becomery provide clinical diagnoses, medical advice, therapy, or mental health treatment.
6. Assumption of Risk
Engagement with Becomery's methodology and AI tools is purely voluntary and educational. You acknowledge and assume full risk when using the Platform to reflect on your goals and behaviors.
7. No Results Guaranteed
Becomery does not and cannot guarantee any financial, emotional, professional, health, psychological, or other specific results from the use of the Platform. All progress strictly depends on your individual execution and dedication.
8. User Responsibility Clause
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all life decisions, as well as financial, emotional, or professional choices you make as a result of using our methodology and tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Becomery LLC for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by you to Becomery in the 12 (twelve) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Emergency Protocol (NAMI 988 and CVV 188)
If our AI tools detect language suggestive of suicidal ideation or imminent risk to life, the interaction will be immediately halted. We will provide automatic referrals to emergency support lines: NAMI (Call or Text 988) in the US, CVV (Call 188) in Brazil, or equivalent local services. If you are in crisis, please seek professional help immediately.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You are strictly prohibited from: (i) attempting to "jailbreak", reverse engineer, or manipulate our AI systems; (ii) using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harassing purposes; (iii) sharing accounts; (iv) attempting to overload or harm our technological infrastructure. Violation will result in an immediate ban with no right to a refund.
12. Quality Review and Methodological Access
To ensure quality, safety, and methodological compliance, Becomery may review random samples of conversations with the AIs (The Nexo and The Navi). This review is strictly pseudonymized: the reviewer has access to the conversation text but does not have access to your name, email, or identity (only a random session_token is visible). Access is exclusive to Becomery's internal team and does not constitute systematic monitoring. Registration on the platform encompasses the unified acceptance of these Terms, Privacy Policy, and AI Disclaimer (Level 1 Signup).
13. Data Protection and Training
Becomery guarantees that the raw text of your conversations and your data are not sold and ARE NOT used to train external, third-party foundational Artificial Intelligence models.
14. Payments and Processors
Subscriptions and financial transactions are securely managed by our payment processing partners acting as Merchant of Record (MoR): Stripe (Global) and Rebill (Brazil/LATAM). The MoR calculates and adds applicable local taxes at checkout.
15. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day (fourteen-day) money-back guarantee and refund policy starting from the date of your initial purchase. After this period, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
16. Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the user dashboard. Becomery reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

19. Loyalty Program, Rewards, and B-Points
19.1. Nature of B-Points: B-Points constitute an internal, sovereign engagement, loyalty, and personal merit rewards program within Becomery. B-Points are strictly non-monetary, do not constitute legal tender, investments, financial assets, securities, or negotiable instruments, have no cash redemption value, and are strictly non-transferable outside the Platform ecosystem. 19.2. Strict 2x Multiplier Rule: The 2x B-Points multiplier applies solely and exclusively to organic educational progression by members holding an active Annual Plan (Journey). Journey members earn 100 points per completed Phase (compared to 50 base points in Explore), 800 points for completing the Creation Dossier (compared to 400 base points), and 500 points for submitting a Transformation Testimonial (compared to 250 base points). The 2x multiplier DOES NOT apply under any circumstances to subscription referral rewards, friend milestone bonuses, AI cognitive token top-ups, or gifted points received from other members. 19.3. Subscription Referral Rewards: Referral rewards for inviting a paying member are granted at fixed amounts based on the plan purchased by the referee: (i) 2,500 B-Points for an Annual Plan (Journey) referral; (ii) 500 B-Points for a Monthly Plan (Explore) referral; (iii) a retroactive bonus of +2,000 B-Points should the monthly referee subsequently upgrade to the annual plan. All subscription referral rewards are subject to an unconditional 14-day vesting clearance period matching the refund window. In the event of a cancellation, dispute, or refund during this 14-day window, the pending reward is permanently revoked. 19.4. Symbolic Referral and Activation Milestones: Sponsoring members are eligible for symbolic activation bonuses: (i) +25 B-Points upon the invited friend's verified account registration, subject to an anti-abuse frequency cap of at most 10 rewarded signups per calendar month; (ii) +100 B-Points when the referee completes Phase 01; (iii) +250 B-Points when the referee completes Phase 04; and (iv) +500 B-Points when the referee completes all 12 Phases. 19.5. First Touch Attribution and Account Binding: Attribution of a referred user to a sponsor follows the First Touch rule, locked for a 60-day window from account registration or initial qualified visit. Any qualifying purchase completed by the referee within this 60-day window is attributed to the original sponsor, regardless of subsequent coupon codes or third-party links used at checkout.
